Help Center Structure
1. General – Getting Started
• What is PLR?
• Who is this for?
• What’s included with each product?
• Do I need special software?
PLR (Private Label Rights) allows you to purchase ready-made digital content that you can edit, rebrand, and sell as your own (as long as you respect the license). It’s not exclusive—others can license the same product—so personalization is key.
Ideal for digital product creators, coaches, course creators, freelancers, and small businesses looking for professional assets they can brand and launch quickly.
Each product includes editable source files (e.g., Canva templates, Google Docs), along with export-ready files (PDFs, PNGs). Specifics are always listed on the product page.
Most of our files use tools like Canva Free and Google Docs. If a product uses Pro-only features or other tools, we clearly indicate this on the product page.
2. License & Usage
• What can I do with your PLR?
• What can’t I do?
• Can I give products away as free lead magnets?
• Do I keep rights after membership cancellation?
• Edit, customize, and rebrand the content.
• Use in paid courses, memberships, client work, or as stand-alone digital products.
• Sell final exports (like PDFs) to your end users, for personal use only.
• Don’t resell or redistribute the editable source files unless explicitly permitted.
• You can’t pass on PLR rights to your buyers; they receive only the end-user version.
• Don’t claim original content’s copyright or use our brand in your branding.
Yes, if you provide them as non-editable formats (e.g., PDFs). Do not distribute editable source files.
Yes. Any files you downloaded while active remain yours under the original license. You just lose access to new product drops or member-only content.
3. Canva, Stock, Fonts & Media
• Can I resell Canva templates with Pro assets?
• Any limits on using Canva content?
• Can I use Canva music/audio?
• What about fonts and third-party assets?
• Quick rule of thumb checklist
Potentially not. Canva’s terms restrict reselling editable templates that include Pro content. You can sell final exports (like PDFs) made from those templates—but not distribute the editable versions.
Yes. Canva’s Content License includes restrictions on music, Pro elements, and pixel limits. Always double-check before redistributing anything in editable form.
No. Music under Canva’s “Popular Music” license can’t be sold or redistributed.
Include only the name of any font you used if you don’t have redistribution rights yourself. Let your buyers get their own legal license—don’t distribute the font files.
1. Sell final exports? Usually fine.
2. Redistribute editable templates with third-party assets? Check licensing first—or avoid by using only free or original assets.
4. Customization & Branding
• How do I make the PLR truly mine?
• Can I hire you to customize?
• Are tutorials included?
Customize everything: swap colors/fonts, rewrite headlines, add your own examples, frameworks, and bonuses. Personalization elevates the content and builds your brand.
We focus on digital products—not services. However, we do have a free “Customization Checklist” and guidance to help you brief a freelancer efficiently.
Yes. Every product includes quick-start instructions like the customization sheet, and we have products that teach video key tools like Canva or Google Docs.
5. Orders, Downloads & Support
• How do I receive my files?
• What file formats are provided?
• I didn’t get my email—what now?
There is more than one way to access your product. Some are delivered to you via email, others you will need to create an account to access a download link inside your account dashboard.
We typically include editable Canva templates, Google Docs, and export-ready files like PDF or PNG.
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact support@iamdigitalplr.com with your order email and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
6. Memberships, Credits & Billing
• Single purchases vs. memberships
• What happens when I cancel?
• How are payments processed?
Yes! Choose one-off products, curated bundles, or an all-access membership for ongoing content access.
You retain rights to anything you’ve downloaded. You won’t get new product releases or remaining credits after your term ends.
All transactions go through Stripe, in USD. Prices include Goods and Services Tax where applicable. One-off purchases charge immediately; subscriptions renew on the same day of each period.
7. Refunds & Exchanges
• Do you offer refunds?
• What if something goes wrong?
Refund Policy: Digital products are final sale. However, if a file doesn’t work or wasn’t delivered as described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. We will likely resend the product or give you a link for download.
8. Legal & Compliance
• Is reselling PLR legal?
• Do I need to credit I AM Digital PLR?
• How does GST/tax work?
• Is this legal advice?
Absolutely—as long as you comply with our license terms and any third-party asset licenses.
No attribution is required. While we appreciate acknowledgment, please don’t imply our endorsement or use our brand in your materials.

9. Selling & Platforms
• Where can I sell products made with your PLR?
• Can I include PLR in my membership?
Virtually anywhere, your website, Shopify, course platforms, members-only sites, marketplaces, so long as your final listing adheres to the applicable license and third-party asset rules.

10. Support & Feedback
• Customer support contact
• Can I request a product topic?
